State-of-the-art hospital to rise in Parañaque

MANILA, Philippines -  A new tertiary hospital will soon operate in full swing at the Amvel Business Park in Sucat, Parañaque to meet the healthcare needs of residents in the southern part of Metro Manila.

Upon completion, The Premier Medical Center (TPMC)  will be a seven-story tertiary hospital with a 150-bed capacity. Situated within a sprawling 7,600-square meter property in Parañaque’s central business district, it will offer a complete suite of healthcare services using state-of-the-art equipment, and a holistic approach that focuses not only on treating illness but also on wellness services and disease- prevention.

The hospital’s location makes it an ideal health care destination for both local and foreign patients. Being part of the Amvel Business Park complex puts TPMC at the heart of the Parañaque business district, which is very accessible through private and public transportation through Sucat Road and the C5 extension.

TPMC chairman Dr. Renato Bernabe noted that TPMC’s vision is to provide patient-centered healthcare, which involves providing compassionate care; quick-turn-around time; and hassle-free healing experience.

TPMC will begin operations before the end of 2013 and is now in the final stages of development.  The hospital is still open to investors and new stockholders. TPMC stockholders enjoy a lifetime of hospital privileges. They are provided free hospital board and lodging up to a suite depending on room availability. Operating and delivery room charges are also waived for their treatment.

Stockholders are guaranteed substantial discounts, including discounts on: doctors’ professional fees; outpatient consultations; special procedures; diagnostic and laboratory (except on special procedures); and dental consultations. Lastly, they are entitled to savings on pharmacy, CSR, and OR materials and supplies; and also rehabilitation and physical therapy services.
