Landco Pacific’s TRIbeca Private Residences recently celebrated the completion of its first tower’s frame ahead of schedule, just 8 months after the site’s groundbreaking. The event was capped with a topping-off ceremony in which an evergreen tree was hoisted to the top of the first tower — a symbol of luck and the hope of even more good things to come for the residents of TRIbeca.
Attended by stockholders, unit owners, Landco partners and officers, the top-off celebration was testimony to Landco’s dedication to delivering its pledge of quality residences to its clients. Remarkably, the first tower is projected to be handed over to unit owners by the first quarter of 2009, a year from the starting date of construction.
Landco has always aligned many of its projects’ attributes with the needs of their clientele, and Tribeca is no exception. Although it promises life at your leisure, TRIbeca’s construction takes place at a speed that meets the urgency of the urban
lifestyle. The faster the structures are completed, the sooner the unit owners can enjoy the lifestyle that TRIbeca Private Residences embodies.
Even before the first tower was erected, Landco completed the amenities for the convenience of unit owners, allowing them to experience the laid-back, leisurely-paced lifestyle that Landco endorses. Unit owners and their families can already use the luxurious 1,800 square meter Aqua Park with gazebos, massage cabanas, sunken bar, sunken lounge, infinity pool, sunken tree court, water curtains, floating pads, and kids water play area.
Designed to revolutionize condo living, TRIbeca does away with the common image of living in a condominium—that of cramped quarters, stuffy hallways, and isolation. In fact, 3.5 hectares of the sprawling 9.7-hectare development is dedicated to open and Active Spaces®, where residents can go out just to breathe fresh air, reflect on the passing day, interact with each other and do various outdoor activities. Landco was the first to introduce the Active Spaces® in the Philippines.
