The state-run Bases Conversion Development Authority, which manages the privatization and redevelopment of former military bases in the country, has recently opened the Sampaguita West Ramps 1 and 2 and the Collector Distribution (CD) Road making the southwest area of the Global City more accessible from the Makati and Ortigas business districts as well as Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City, Parañaque and Southern Metro Manila.
These new access points will make life much more convenient for those making The Bellagio II their home," said Noli Hernandez, Megaworld vice president for marketing. "It also means less traffic congestion and shorter commuting time between home and work."
Aside from the new access routes, The Bellagio II is accessible via the EDSA Kalayaan Flyover, McKinley Road and the North, South and Upper East Gates of the Global City. Another access point within the Global City the Lower East Gate will be constructed over the next two years.
The Bellagio II will soon join the six-tower Forbeswood Heights and The Bellagio both emerging at the Forbes Town Center, a joint venture of Megaworld and Bonifacio West Development Corp. that borders the Manila Golf and Country Club. The project introduces innovative lifestyle and leisure options to an urban-based market.
Showcasing a mix of luxurious home options. The Bellagio II offers loft-type and executive studios to one-to two-bedroom suites. At the porte-cochere, with its double rotunda returning homeowners get their first glimpse of the golf course. At the upper ground level is a lobby-cum-lounge which provides a life-size view of the fairways.
Meanwhile, an impressive array of play and sporting amenities abound at the upper ground level. At the lobby are a gym and a Roman spa, along with a business center, function room and day care center. Outside is a swimming pool complex with a horizon-edged adult pool with in-water lounge, an innovatively designed childrens pool and an outdoor spa.
The Bellagio II also boasts modern conveniences. The 40-story tower is equipped with six high-speed, handsomely furnished passenger elevators and a multi-level basement parking. Every unit is connected to the lobbys security counter via a security telecom system.
Affording homeowners one-step ease into a world of fun is the Forbes Town Road, a shopping and entertainment center inspired by Singapores famous Bugis Junction. This vibrant strip features specialty shops and a restaurant row already anchored by a McDonalds outlet and a UCC Café, both already open at the site.
An efficient road network within the Global City brings within easy reach offices such as e-Square IT Park and Net One, the American, British and Japanese schools, shopping hubs such as PriceSmart, MC Home Depot, Bonifacio Stopover and Market! Market! and leisure spots such as the Adidas Sports Kamp, Par 43 Mini-Golf and the NBC Tent
A state-of-the-art facility of St. Lukes Medical Center is also an upcoming convenience.
