The 51-hectare campus, situated near Ayala Westgrove Heights, is all set to impart the DLSU system to about 250 enrollees when it officially opens this June. DLSU-Canlubang is first to offer a science and technology-oriented curriculum. It offers courses in Computer Science, Information Management, BS Electronics, Communications Engineering and BS in Business Administration (Management and Technopreneurship). It also provides state-of-the-art laboratories for graphics, electronics and robotics. For high school and grade school levels, the curriculum focuses on developing scientifically literate students. Teaching and research capabilities are at par with international educational standard as it receives valued training support from partners in Taiwan, Korea and Japan.
DLSU-Canlubang joins the roster of prestigious learning institutions such as St. Scholasticas College and Don Bosco School in what could be an educational hub within proximity to Ayala Westgrove Heights. Dr. Arnulfo Azcarraga, executive president of DLSU-Canlubang puts it, "the site of the campus is perfect because it is conducive to learning. It is not polluted, cleaner and surrounded by decent residential communities."
Ayala Westgrove Heights is the only residential community that preserves ecological facets within its property as seen in its rolling terrain that displays lush greenery, lots of mango trees and its rich flora and fauna. Residents here are not just afforded high end living a natural setting but now, a conducive learning environment for their children.
