MANILA, Philippines - Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) recently concluded the Toyota Customer Service Operations Skills Olympics, a two-day competition which showcased the specialized skills of after-sales professionals in Toyota dealerships nationwide.
Through the competition, Toyota aims to improve the level of service it provides its customers by enhancing the competence of Body & Paint (BP) Technicians, Service Advisors, Warranty Administrators, and Parts Marketing Professionals.
TMP senior vice president for marketing Santos Guerrero lauded the participants and winners saying that it is through their skills that TMP is able to make their customers happy, satisfied, and smiling.
