BMW Qualifying Tournament at Autohaus BMW

Autohaus BMW (formerly Prestige Cars, Libis), an exclusive authorized BMW dealer, recently hosted its qualifying tournament in conjunction with the BMW Golf Cup International — the largest amateur tournament held worldwide.

Every year, over 120,000 BMW owners compete in dealer qualifying tournaments held in as many as 38 countries. Winners from each country then gather at the BMW Golf Cup International Finals to determine the top amateurs in the world. Last year, the Philippine team emerged victorious in the Nations Cup, during the finals held in Los Cabos, Mexico.

This year, Autohaus BMW once again brought together its top clients and business partners for a one-day stableford tournament. This prestigious event was held at the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club in Antipolo last Thursday, July 17. Awarding ceremonies then commenced at Zeno, the lifestyle lounge located at Autohaus BMW.

Those who qualified in the dealer tournaments will then proceed to the Philippine finals, for the chance to play in the 2003 World finals to be held Ceasar Park, Penha Longa in Lisbon, Portugal — all expenses paid.

The BMW Golf Cup International 2003 Dealer Qualifying Tournament of Autohaus BMW is sponsored by TaylorMade, Semicon, Johnnie Walker, Petron, San Miguel Corporation, Citibank and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
