The thriving KM. 71 along NLEX continues to soar in the real estate industry as Central Country Estate, Inc. owner and developer of The Lakeshore lake resort community, celebrated 10 glorious years with a big bang. A celebration unlike any other at the Lakeshore Tent, hosted by your columnist, was made even more remarkable with the reveal of the 10-year milestone of the Lakeshore led by Central Country Estate Inc. (CCEI) chairman architect Nestor Mangio with his son architect Brian John Mangio, through a travelogue ending with a presentation of the Lakeshore animation video done 10 years vis-à-vis the actual Lakeshore today. A joint venture agreement was also signed between Lakeshore and Pro-Friends led by its chairman Gerry Choa. It was a fun-filled evening as guests enjoyed the performance of the 48-piece Manila Symphony Orchestra, a number from McDonalds Philippines founder and chairman George Yang, and New York concert producer Peter Herman. Congratulations to the brilliant minds behind the success of Lakeshore! Here’s to the next decades! Cheers!
