To give guests a feel of living in their own corner of the sky, Shang Properties Inc. president lawyer Andy Bautista gave a tour of the penthouse’s lush interiors to select guests, from the modern expansive kitchen and stylish bedrooms with views of Metro Manila’s cityscape to the 61st floor sky garden with its very own private infinity pool. Sharpening business skills

The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), led by its president Joey Bermudez, recently held its Economic Briefing and General Membership Meeting at The Peninsula Manila. The briefings, which was conducted by University of the Philippines Economics professor and former Budget and Management Department secretary doctor Benjamin Diokno, aims to enable MAP members to sharpen their forecasting tools for better business decision making. The successful event was emceed by MAP membership committee member and First Credit Consultants Corp. president Grace Palma Tiongco. Congratulations! 

 ‘Blighted’ but so benevolent

Less than a month after its launching, feisty lawyer turned novelist Frank Chavez, author of his first book entitled, “Blighted,” has spread the bounty of his book sales. Recently, Frank turned over a manager’s check for P150,000 to Anton Perez of UP-PGH. The next day, he gave another P150,000 to the Rotary Club of Makati to fund its two projects: Bantay Bata and Gawad Kalinga.
