Excore (Expert Consultants on Real Estate) through Phoenix Land has launched a new real state project where one can escape from the hassle of urban life and bask in the delights of simple yet modern comforts.
A natural paradise and hidden sanctuary located in Laurel, Batangas, a few minutes away from metro Tagaytay and just a two-hour ride from Manila, Las Haciendas brings the good news to those who want to experience the simple yet modern comforts of rural life.
Resting on the foot of Tagaytay ridge and facing Taal lake, this 342-hectare property is a dreamland for those who want to enjoy living and get back to the basics of simple life.
Las Haciendas Evergreen Communities is the masterwork of the top realty executives from different organization such as Landco, Ayala Land, Canyon Woods, Punta Fuego, Metro Pacific, among others which collaborated just few years ago and realized their vision of creating waves in the real estate industry by developing state-of-the-art commercial and residential projects that will bring Filipinos closer to nature and their roots as well.
To emphasize the seriousness of its purpose in keeping the heritage flame burning, Las Haciendas launched just recently the first ever national adobo cooking contest.
Each participant was allowed to showcase his/her own twist of adobo dish which is only peculiar to Filipinos and something we can be proud of.
“Adobo is something we can call our own. When you say Filipino foods you automatically think of adobo. The Japanese have sushi, pasta to Italians, Kimchi to Koreans but we have our very own adobo,” says Phoenix Land project director Manuel Tejada Jr.
Just like our adobo, Las Haciendas is very Filipino in its characteristics.
To describe Las Haciendas in one word is paradise. For it is blessed with natural amenities like waterfalls, pristine river, farming area, fruit-bearing trees, a thick vegetation and safe environment.
“Its like living in a dream or in an ideal place where you only see in the books or movies once you are here at the Haciendas that you don’t want to go away for a second,” Tejada says.
The project boasts of five haciendas or communities unique from each other namely Hacienda Cascada, Lagos, Montana, Verde and Rio. It also prides itself with revolutionary convention center and a modern condotel name Casa Sonrisas.
“We want to be known not only as the best resort in the country but also as the number one option for business and corporate functions or convention where you can do it leisurely,” Tejada says.
