RP scholars welcome AOTS president
Philippine hospitality was very evident during the first visit to the country of Tokyo-based Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship president Shuji Ogawa. Many AOTS beneficiaries, including those from the Manila-based Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific, made it a point to personally thank Mr. Ogawa and Manila general manager Tetsuji Kawakami.
