MANILA, Philippines - Metrobank Card Corp. in the Philippines and TSYS signed an agreement for the Prime payment transaction processing platform. MCC is a strategic joint venture between Metrobank and Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ Bank) and is one of the largest issuers and acquirers in the Philippines’ market. TSYS offers issuer services and merchant payment acceptance for credit, debit, prepaid, healthcare and business solutions.
