MANILA, Philippines - Citi has appointed Usman Ahmed as new corporate and investment banking head for the Philippines. Prior to his appointment in the Philippines, Ahmed was the Asia Pacific head of Global Islamic Banking and the chief operating officer for Asia Pacific Corporate Banking.
