MANILA, Philippines - Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) is introducing Rizal Enterprise Checking Account (RECA) system, a business companion software designed to facilitate multiple settlement of payables quickly and conveniently.
As a check disbursement tool, the software allows users to store comprehensive accounts payable data, ranging from suppliers’ profile, billing and sales invoices, and chart of accounts that will streamline tedious processing and printing of checks.
RECA allows companies to automate the preparation of the voucher, processing and printing of the checks, and even up to accounts reconciliation.
The acknowledgement form, check voucher, and the check are all incorporated in just one form, and would allow users to print their own company name and logo to enhance the corporate image.
All data entries are automatically reconciled per transaction. Through RCBC’s Enterprise Banking platform, users can download bank statements for auto-reconciliation of checks that have been cleared or already encashed. All reports can be converted to MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, MS Access Database and other formats to suit the users’ needs.
It is suitable for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and even large corporations, cooperatives and other organizations as it automates and streamlines a company’s multiple settlement of payables with speed, convenience, accuracy and utmost security.
What makes the system secure are the parameters that can be set to specify which modules or functions can be accessed by other users. Access security through user identification and password with a built-in approval workflow facility also forms part of its high-level security features.
