MANILA, Philippines - The Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) was conferred two ISO 9001:2008 certifications: one for the lending and financial services operations of its public sector department and the other for the loan operations of the Pampanga lending center. The ISO Quality Management System (QMS) provides a comprehensive framework on which to build processes that help ensure that key business objectives are achieved.
It is a guide to achieve and continually improve customer satisfaction. The ISO certifications are testament of the bank’s sound management practices through its QMS.
The LBP established QMS in its core banking processes to ensure consistent quality in customer service delivery and remain competitive and profitable in the long term.
