The Allied Banking Corp. (Allied Bank), along with two key institutions in their respective fields, has launched two credit cards stamped with “world” class status.
The Philippine Airlines (PAL) and MasterCard locked arms with Allied Bank to introduce the Platinum Class and World Class plastic money said to be the most premium class designed to outweigh competition.
Allied Bank’s first vice president and Card Center head Fol Rana Jr. said that they expect their card base to balloon to 70,000 with the new introductions from 25,000.
“We will continue to be on an aggressive roll. And with Mabuhay Miles World MasterCard, we expect to gain dominance in the credit card field – way above and ahead of the rest,” Rana added.
The Mabuhay Miles WORLD MasterCard possesses both wide-reaching prestige and a highly-valued incentive.
Its frequent flyer point to mile conversion is the lowest at P38, which can also be translated into airline service class upgrades— a virtual boost complementing the jet-setting lifestyle of its target users.
Most card issuers rate a P45 point to mile conversion rate.
Cardholders have full access to their credit line anywhere in the world, along with separate peso-dollar billings for their local and international transactions. It offers the option to pay dollar billings in peso currency, which will automatically be based on the exchange rate of the day.
The WORLD Class card facilitates bookings on flights, lodgings, events, business, entertainment and more through the personalized assistance of Allied World Assist.
This exclusive concierge service is available to Mabuhay Miles World MasterCard users 24/7.
Allied World Assist will be the user’s gateway to a vast number of privileged deals from merchants, services and products across the globe.
