New products boost Citystate Savings

Citystate Savings Bank reported huge gains in earnings as it continued to develop or enhance its existing consumer bank products.

Rey D. Delfin, Citystate Savings executive vice president said that the bank’s improved performance was focused on driving revenues from both existing and new business opportunities through continued enhancement of bank products and services as well as improved customer service. Recently, it launched P10 or P100 service campaign wherein a maximum of ten minutes is given to service a customer or the bank credits P100 to the client’s account.

Another innovative product which earned the bank a prestigious award as top savings bank in the recently held 19th National Consumers Quality Awards Committee was the Citymax 3-in-1 account. The innovative product allows a customer to open an automatic transfer account together with an ATM card for as low as P1,500.

It’s Instant Jewelry Loan offers the lowest rate in the personal consumption market at one percent per month, and utilized to pay an individual’s credit card loan or other personal loans.

It was also cited as the 2003 People’s Choice Awards Committee for its overall product excellence and enhanced quality of customer service.

The bank is also an accredited collecting and paying agent of the Social Security System.
