More than just a good investment

It pays to have an eye for good investment. Miguel Mago is one to put it to good use. A year ago, he purchased a lot in La Finca Farm and Country Resort. When asked what made him opt for the residential farm development in Lipa, Batangas, Mago was quick to say, "I took one look at the place and I knew it is worth every penny."

Every resident plays a part in the overall management of the subdivision, "We have committees tasked to oversee services, facilities, security and maintenance," said Mago.

He said La Finca is quite manageable because it accommodates very limited number of residents, "I do not see this neighborhood becoming overly crowded unlike other big residential developments. We all get to enjoy our privacy as well as the valued amenities being afforded us."

High on leisure amenities and farming, too

La Finca offers first-class resort amenities. It boasts of infinity and wading pools surrounded by an elegantly designed restaurant along with an al fresco nook, a spa and steam rooms as well as a magnificent view of Mount Malarayat.

Mago said he could not ask for more at La Finca, "Everything is here. It is a home complete with resort amenities. When I retire I could sit here all day and do nothing. Just enjoy the breezy surroundings."

He however, has one thing to do once he has settled in La Finca, "I would like to tend to my own farm. I already have one in my home province in Bicol. I do not mind having another one here."

A wise investment

Mago said investing in real estate means a big chunk off one’s hard earned money or savings, but the opportunity of lot ownership at La Finca proved too tempting to pass up, "I know it is a good choice. This a great place for a home, very accessible plus it offers amenities comparable to Manila."

Given extra funds, Mago is likely to put it on another lot at the place he has come to love, "I have no regrets about buying into La Finca because it has everything rolled into one. Again, I must say it is one viable investment."
