DoubleDragon tops off Hotel101-Libis

In a stock exchange filing, DoubleDragon said it has topped off the 702-room Hotel101-Libis at Robinsons Land Corp.’s Robinsons Bridgetowne Estate.

MANILA, Philippines — DoubleDragon Corp., the listed company chaired by tycoons Edgar “Injap” Sia II and Tony Tan Caktiong, has completed the structure and the topmost floor of a Hotel101 project  in Quezon City.

In a stock exchange filing, DoubleDragon said it has topped off the 702-room Hotel101-Libis at Robinsons Land Corp.’s Robinsons Bridgetowne Estate.

The project is set to become the largest hotel by room count in Quezon City.

Hotel101-Libis will form part of Hotel101 Global’s vision of 50,000 uniform Hotel101 rooms in the Philippines and one million uniform Hotel101 rooms worldwide.

DoubleDragon is targeting its highest number of room openings in a year in 2026, with a total of 2,229 hotel rooms slated to be operational.

These include the 680-room Hotel101-Madrid, which opened last March and the 519-room Hotel101-Davao, which is scheduled to begin operations on July 30.

Also in the pipeline this year are an additional 548 rooms in Cebu and 482 rooms in Japan.

In the Philippines, DoubleDragon said the 518-room Hotel101-Manila and the 606-room Hotel101-Fort continue to operate at consistently high occupancy levels.
