Behavior-based safety training for organizations

MANILA, Philippines — Human error is to blame for up to 90 percent of workplace accidents and can cost money, disruption in workplace, lost time and productivity. Despite the best efforts, harmless or not, human errors can be prevented.

The Center for Global Best Practices will host a special training titled Behavior-Based Safety Training on Sept. 19 and 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.

This two-session program is a level-up of the current existing OHSAS standard of ISO 18001 now termed ISO 45001, where the standard emphasizes controls and procedural applications of Health and Safety Practices. This behavior-based safety (BBS) training is a proactive approach that does not only reinforce adherence to safety procedures but also instills a deep-rooted culture of safety, addressing the complacency that often leads to human error and accidents.

Learn all these from CGBP’s international master trainer and lecturer, Kama Neson Ganeson, who is a master trainer for various management systems.
