MANILA, Philippines — Award-winning residential property developer Bria Homes recently received yet another recognition, this time from stakeholders in the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), citing Bria as one of the top developers in Mindanao for the year 2022.
Last year, Bria rolled out its affordable housing projects in the progressive south, specifically in Tagum, Davao del Norte; Manolo Fortich in Bukidnon and Digos in Davao del Sur.
“This recognition validates Bria Homes’ consistent efforts to raise the bar in the affordable housing sector. Now, aspiring homeowners who want to settle down in this picturesque region stand to benefit from the trademark lifestyle of comfort and security that Bria offers,” said Bria Mindanao operations head Ivy Provido
During the ceremony held earlier this month, Provido acknowledged the value of receiving an award from the Pag-IBIG Fund, with whom Bria has enjoyed great synergy through the years. “These institutions have always shared the vision of providing quality housing to ordinary Filipinos,” she said. “While we continue to be inspired by this collaboration, we are first and foremost proud to be recognized by them.”
Pag-IBIG Fund is a government-owned- and controlled corporation with the mandate of providing affordable housing loans and other financing options to Filipinos so they may acquire the homes of their dreams.
Bria, meanwhile, is a subsidiary of Villar-owned Golden MV Holdings Inc., one of the top real estate companies in the country.
