PBCom cites inaccurate ownership stake of ISM

We note that in the said article, the author stated that ISM Communication Inc. owns a 37.1 percent stake in Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). We wish to point out that the article contains misleading and inaccurate data.

As of date, the shareholding of ISM in PBCom is only at one percent or equivalent to 4,806,987 shares, out of the total issued and outstanding shares of PBCom.
