MANILA, Philippines — D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. posted P4.3 billion in pre-sales from its MidPark Towers residential project.
This was booked over the last six months with an average transacted price of P250,500 per square meter as Aseana Holdings managed to sell 278 units of MidPark Towers with a 90 percent take-up.
Delfin Angelo “Buds” Wenceslao, chief executive officer of D.M. Wenceslao, said the strong demand for the project is a testament to the company’s brand and the overall interest in real estate projects in the Philippines.
“The overwhelming response from homebuyers of MidPark Towers exceeded our expectations. This reflects strong demand for quality homes and real estate investment opportunities among Filipinos and foreigners,” Wenceslao said.
Aseana said the third tower of MidPark Towers will be ready for purchase this month following the success of the first two towers.
