MANILA, Philippines - SKAL International Makati president Robert Lim Joseph (right) awarded SMX general manager Dexter Deyto as “Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) Personality of the Year,” during the SKAL Makati awarding ceremony.
