MANILA, Philippines - The peso settled at 45.305 against the dollar midday Tuesday, slightly up from the 45.37 posted the previous day.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $324.2 million in the morning trade, lower than the $337.4 million the same period on Tuesday.
The peso opened at 45.3 on Monday.
