MANILA, Philippines - The peso declined for the second consecutive day against the dollar, closing Tuesday at 45.25, weaker than the previous day's 45.12.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $966.5 million, higher than the previous day's $687.8 million.
The peso opened on Tuesday at 45.13.
