MANILA, Philippines - A newly-launched academic program is now available this school year 2012 via a new study visa program (Help Yourself to a Brighter Future) in the United Kingdom (UK), Australia and New Zealand. Students are allowed to work certain hours while studying, but that said courses require a student visa, not a work visa.
