MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on aroma candle making at the College of Social Work and Community Development, Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City on Oct. 8, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Among the topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials and costing. Participants will get to experience how to make candles using different methods and techniques such as the dipping method, pouring, mold making, casting, hand forming, carving.
