RLC eyes P3-B sales from new Ortigas condo

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), the property arm of Gokongwei flagship firm JG Summit Holdings Inc., is eyeing to raise around P3 billion in sales from the third tower of its premium residential condominium project in the Ortigas central business district.

In a briefing yesterday, RLC business development manager Amelia Canon said The Allegro, which comprises the second phase of the one-hectare Sonata Place located at the corner of San Miguel Avenue and Lourdes St. in Mandaluyong City, will make available a total of 408 units priced at between P5 million and P23 million each.

Canon said The Allegro will consist of 42 storys offering a mix of residential units, serviced residences (occupying eight floors) and retail units at the ground floor.

One bedroom units ranging from 42.55-64.96 sqm will sell for P5 million to P8 million while two-bedroom units ranging from 114.29 -119.12 sqm will cost P15 million to P16 million. Three-bedroom units (149-169.64 sqm located on the upper floors) will sell for P20 million to P23 million apiece.

Slated for turnover in 2016, The Allegro will be under RLC’s premium property brand Robinsons Luxuria.

The whole complex will have a total of four towers with the first tower, Sonata Private Residences ready for delivery to buyers late this year while the second tower available by next year.

Frederick D. Go, president and chief operating officer of RLC, said unit owners will enjoy the utmost convenience and security at The Allegro, which boasts of an adult and kiddie pool, children’s play area, game and media rooms, reading lounge, wellness center, and a multi-purpose function room.

 “Extra care and attention are devoted to selecting superior materials for The Allegro. Branded finishes and upgraded fixtures shall be delivered together with each Allegro unit. These upgrades and add-ons include split-type airconditioners, branded kitchen and toilet fixtures, cooktop, rangehood, solid surface kitchen countertop, built-in water filter in the kitchen and shower enclosure.
