MANILA, Philippines - Petra and Pillar’s presents its new and exciting menus: Kare-kare sa kasoy: Beef shanks stewed with vegetables in a cashew-based sauce and served with shrimp paste; chorizo and garlic pasta topped with bacalao and grilled tomatoes; inasal chicken binacol: chicken inasal, simmered in fresh coconut juice; binagoongang liempo sisig: deep fried minced pork liempo, sautéed in shrimp paste, liver sauce, onions, and garlic chili fingers; sinugbang sinuglaw: lightly grilled seafood, tossed with cane vinegar and spices; sweet treats – San Marco, a delightful dish with alternating layers of chiffon cake made even better by whipped cream with crispy yema; and Pana cotta and buko pandan with queso de bola.
