Bread making seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on baking and bread making at the PTTC, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Roxas Blvd., Manila, cor Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., on Nov. 27, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The day-long course covers an actual demonstration and hands-on experience on how to make chiffon cake, chocolate cake, butter cake, new york and blueberry cheesecake, crema de fruta, cream puff, chocolate éclair, oatmeal raisin cookies, doughnuts, food for the gods, carrot cake, fruit cake, and also our very own Filipino pan de sal with fillings of corned beef, asado, tuna, spanish bread, empanada and an actual demo of how to make fondant cake icing and gum paste.

Also to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing and a step-by-step guideline on how to open your home-based business. Each participant will receive a certificate of training right after the seminar.
