MANILA, Philippines - Eton Properties Philippines Inc., the property development unit of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies, has launched the commercial component of its upscale residential community, 68 Roces, in Quezon City.
Situated on a 3.3-hectare property on Don Alejandro Roces Ave., 68 Roces is a 28-townhouse community with the first floor devoted for the commercial area to be called “The Arcade.” The second and third floors will comprise the residential units that come with two to three parking slots.
The commercial units, with sizes ranging from 158 square meters to 238 square meters, will be sold at prices starting at P10.8 million.
68 Roces will be home to a variety of retail shops including convenience stores, gourmet café bars, retail stores, wellness clinics and spas, among others.
“With this, owners will be privileged to have an area for business and commercial use and two floors more for living, all within an upscale, luxurious enclave” said Jonathan Caro, Eton vice-president for business development.
The residential component consists of three and four-story luxury residences. Three-bedroom units range from 158-198 sqm and are priced at a minimum P12.5 million while four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 200-238 sqm, with will be sold for at least P15.3 million each.
Eton recently opened Centris Walk, a high-end lifestyle, dining and retail center in Eton Centris, the company’s 12-hectare township project at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Ave.
Centris Station, a two-level mall in Eton Centris anchored by SM Hypermarket, opened in December last year to cater to the transit-oriented city market. Very soon another commercial center will open – the Green Podium at One Archers Place- a dining and retail destination that will serve the requirements of the residents of the condominium as well as the students and neighboring communities of De La Salle University along Taft Ave. in Manila.
