MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) unveiled yesterday its newest townhouse development – Woodsville Residences – an exclusive gated residential community within a nine-hectare mixed-use complex in Merville, Parañaque.
In a press briefing yesterday, Mybelle Aragon-Gobio, RLC vice-president for business development, said the three-hectare Woodsville Residences will be developed over two phases, making available a total of 226 two-story units with balconies at prices ranging from P5.2 billion to P6.64 million each.
Construction of Phase 1, which will include nine clusters of a total of 116 units, will start this year and completed by September 2013.
Gobio said the property, which is close to Bonifacio Global City and Makati, was acquired from the Jardine Group at an undisclosed price and forms part of Woodsville City.
Woodsville Residences will have five townhouse models, with floor areas of between 116 square meters and 136 square meters each unit. Amenities include a clubhouse with multipurpose rooms, fitness center, adult lap pool, kiddie pool, outdoor play area and a landscaped garden.
Gobio said Woods-ville Residences will have nearly 1.5 hectares of open space for residents to enjoy, along with the park-like features and an outdoor play area.
The project, to be done under Robinsons Residences, is targeting second-generation families living in suburban areas like San Pablo, Calamba and other nearby areas in Laguna and Cavite.
Aside from Woodsville Residences, RLC is developing nine mid-rise buildings with 100 units each building. It will also build a shopping center to cater to the needs of Woodsville City residents.
