Lugi ang 18 negosyo nina VP Sara at Mans - prosecution

MANILA, Philippines — Inihayag kahapon ng House prosecution panel sa nagpapatuloy na impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte na lugi o walang naitalang kita para sa Bise Presidente at sa kanyang mister na si Atty. Manases “Mans” Carpio ang kanilang 18 korporasyon.

Ito ang inihayag ni private prosecutor Atty. Erwin Matib sa paglalahad ng testimonya ni Atty. Gerardo del Rosario, Director ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Company Registration and Monitoring Department base sa mga isinumiteng dokumento ng mag-asawang Duterte.

Ang testimonya ni Del Rosario ay bahagi ng ebidensya ng prosekusyon upang suportahan ang Article II o ang ‘unexplained wealth; sa Articles of impeachment na nag-aakusa kay VP Sara ng paglobo ng kayamanan na hindi akma sa legal na kinikita nito.

Sinabi ni Matib sa mga senator-judges base sa SEC records ni VP Sara at Mans Carpio kabilang sa korporasyon ng mga ito ay ang City Hall King Chow Foods Corp., Metro City Chow Foods Corp., Gencorp Industries, Inc., Kale 88 Foods Corp., Mati City Ice Plant and Cold Storage, Geometry Security and Investigation Agency Inc., Great Jolly Times Food Corp.

Gayundin ang Times Square B Foods Corp., Davao New Royal Taipan Foods Corp., Davao Emer­ging Taipans Corp., Three Kids Trucking Services Inc., CYKNP Davao Corp., SGT Fortune Horse Corp., eDavao Bounty Times Food Corp., Madayaw Fisheries Inc., Ameanan Shores Inc., CableTow 88 Shipping and Marine Services Inc., at ang Carpio Lawyers.

Inihayag ni Matib, base sa authentic records ng SEC at ng mga kumpanya ay dapat mapatunayan kung magkano ang kinita ng naturang mga kumpanya at kung may dividends bang idineklara o ipinamahagi sa kanilang stockholders pero lumilitaw na wala umanong dividends o tubo ang mga stockholders.
