Ultra Lotto prize seen to hit P258 million
MANILA, Philippines — The jackpot in the Ultra Lotto 6/58 is estimated to reach P258 million for tonight’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.
No bettor has won the 6/58 jackpot since June 12, PCSO general manager Melquiades Robles said.
Last Sunday’s winning combination 08-01-35-55-53-16 had a total prize of P252,060,911.64.
Five bettors won the second prize of P300,000 each.
Another 596 players can claim P2,348.99 each for guessing four digits of the winning combination.
Under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law, lottery prizes exceeding P10,000 are subject to a 20-percent tax.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 draws are held every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 9 p.m. and broadcast live over IBC-13, D8TV and the official PCSO online channels.
