Kamara naghahanda na sa SONA ni Pangulong Marcos
MANILA, Philippines — Naghahanda na ang Kamara sa gaganaping ika-apat na State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa susunod na buwan.
Sinabi ni Secretary General Cheloy Garafil na gagawing simple ang okasyon na walang red carpet at mahabang gown para sa mga kababaihang mambabatas.
“We encourage guests to wear simple but dignified clothing fit for the occasion, there will be no red carpet and long gowns,” saad ni Garafil.
Kahapon ay nagdaos ang Kamara ng kauna-unahang SONA Inter-Agency Coordination Meeting.
Kabilang sa mga dumalo sa pulong ang mga kinatawan ng Presidential Management Staff, Presidential Communications Office, Office of the Presidential Protocol, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office, Presidential Broadcast Staff-RTVM, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Office of the President, Department of Foreign Affairs, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Presidential Security Command at si Senate Secretary Atty. Renato Bantug, Jr.
“As you can see in the invitations that we’ve prepared, we’ve specifically mentioned that we’ve encouraged, urging everyone, especially the ladies, to just wear simple Filipiniana dress,” ani Garafil.
