VP Duterte walang paramdam kung dadalo sa impeachment “

Ito ang mariing sinabi ni Bicol Saro Partylist Rep. Terry Ridon nang matanong kung nagpadala na ng mensahe si Vice President Sara Duterte na dadalo sa pagdinig sa impeachment complaint sa darating na Miyerkules (Marso 25).
Ayon kay Ridon, wala pang pasabi ang kampo ni Duterte kung pisikal itong dadalo o magpapadala ng kinatawan.
Una nang sinabi ni Justice panel chairperson Gerville Luistro na dumalo man o hindi ay tuloy ang pagdinig at kung mabibigo na humarap sa panel si VP Sara ay mas mapapabilis ang pagpapadala ng impeachment sa Senado.
Ayon kay Ridon, napadalhan na nila ng imbitasyon si VP Duterte.
“The process is there to ensure that all sides are heard. It is an opportunity for the respondent to answer the allegations and clarify matters before the committee,” ani Ridon.
Samantala, hinamon naman ni Deputy Speaker Paolo Ortega V si VP Sara na ipakita ang tapang sa mini trial.
“The Filipino people are watching and waiting. This Wednesday is not just another hearing—it is a moment of accountability. Silence only raises more questions; clarity restores public confidence.”
Ayon kay Ortega, ang proseso ng pagdinig ay tamang venue para magpaliwanag si VP Duterte sa kaniyang panig hinggil sa mga isyung ibinabato rito at kung iiwas ito ay magiging kaduda-duda ang kaniyang mga kilos.
