BIR Commissioner sinibak ni Marcos
MANILA, Philippines — Sinibak ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. si Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr.
Ito ang kinumpirma ni Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Dave Gomez.
Itinalaga naman ng Pangulo kapalit ni Lumagui si Department of Finance (DOF) Undersecretary Charlito Rada Mendoza.
Ang appointment paper ay nilagdaan nitong Nobyembre 12, 2025.
“By virtue hereof, you may qualify and perfom the duties of the office, furnishing the office of the President and the Civil Service Commission with copies of your Oath of Office,” nakasaad sa kautusan.
Wala namang ibinigay na dahilan ang Malakanyang kung bakit inalis sa pwesto si Lumagui.
Nanumpa na rin kahapon si Mendoza bilang bagong BIR commissioner kay Pangulong Marcos.
