Trump nagpasalamat sa pagbati ni Pangulong Marcos

MANILA, Philippines — Kinilala ni United States President-elect Donald Trump ang mensahe ng pagbati ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa kanyang pagkakapanalo sa kakatapos lang na halalan.

Sinabi ni US Ambassador to the Philippines Jose Manuel Romualdez na sa pamamagitan ng SMS ay binati ni Marcos si Trump.

“President Trump has won, and the American people triumphed, and I congratulate them for their victory in an exercise which showed the world the strength of American values,” nakasaad sa pagbati ni Marcos.

Tinanggap naman aniya ni Trump ang pagbati ni Marcos sa pamamagitan ng pasasalamat.

Ayon pa kay Romualdez, sa ngayon ay hindi pa tiyak kung mag-iimbita ng ibang lider ng mga bansa ang transition team ni Trump para sa kanyang inagurasyon.

Si Trump, 78, ay muling nanalo sa White House noong Miyerkules matapos makuha ang higit sa 270 Electoral College votes na kailangan para manalo sa pagka-pangulo.
