Immigration lookout inisyu vs Roque, 11 pa

MANILA, Philippines — Inisyuhan na kahapon ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sina dating Presidential Spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque at 11 iba pa, kaugnay ng isyu sa sinalakay na Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) hub sa Porac, Pampanga kamakailan.

Bukod kay Roque, inisyuhan din ng ILBO sina Katherine Cassandra Li Ong, authorized representative ng Porac POGO hub; dating Technology and Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC) deputy director general Dennis Cunanan; Xiang Tan; Jing Gu; Stephanie B. Mascareñas; Michael Bryce B. Matareñas; Zhang Jie; Duanren Wu; Raymund Calleon G. Co; Randel Calleon G. Co; at Han Gao na pawang incorporators at corporate officers ng Lucky South 99 at Whirlwind Corporation, na sinalakay sa Porac.

“Considering the gravity of the possible charges, as well as the wide media coverage and public attention this has gained over the past months, there is a strong possibility that the above mentioned nationals may attempt to place themselves beyond the reach of the legal processes of this Department by leaving the country,” bahagi ng kautusan, na may petsang Agosto 6.

“Hence, we deem the issuance of an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against the subject persons in order to at least monitor the itineraries of their flight, travel, and/or whereabouts,” dagdag nito.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi naman ni Roque na ang naturang ILBO ay ‘plain harassment’ lamang.

Wala umanong dahilan upang umalis siya sa bansa.

Handa rin aniya siyang harapin ang mga taong nag-aakusa sa kanya at sagutin ang lahat ng alegasyong ibinabato sa kanya, kaugnay ng offshore gaming.

Nilinaw naman ni Justice spokesperson Mico Clavano na ang pag-iisyu ng ILBO ay hindi nangangahulugang hindi na makakalabas ng bansa sina Roque.

Sa halip aniya, imomonitor lamang ng mga awtoridad ang mga ito, sakaling magpasyang lumabas o di kaya ay pumasok sila sa bansa.

Tiniyak din niya na hindi ito isang uri ng harassment laban kay Roque.
