Pope Francis nagpasalamat kay PNoy at sa mga Pinoy
MANILA, Philippines - Sa isang telegrama ay nagpasalamat ang Santo Papa kay Pangulong Benigno Aquino III at sa mga Pilipino dahil sa mainit na pagtanggap sa kanya sa loob ng limang araw.
"As I depart from the Philippines, I extend to you, the government and all the people of the nation my heartfelt gratitude for your warm welcome and every kindness shown to me during my visit," nakasaad sa telegrama ni Pope Francis kay Aquino.
"I renew to your excellency and the entire country the assurance of my prayers for peace and prosperity," dagdag niya.
Ayon sa Vatican Radio, nagpapadala talaga ng telegrama ang pontiff sa pinuno ng bawat bansang binibisita niya habang paalis lulan ng eroplano.
Nakabalik kaninang madaling araw si Pope Francis sa Roma matapos ang state at apostolic visit sa Pilipinas.
Bukod kay Aquino, pinadalhan din ng Santo Papa ng telegrama ang presidente ng China, Mongolia, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak republic, Austria, Slovenia at Italy.
