4 judge kay ‘Ma’am Arlene’ siyasatin

MANILA, Philippines - Pinaiimbestigahan na ng Korte Suprema ang umano’y pagkakasangkot ng apat na huwes kay “Ma’am Arlene.”

Sa utos ng SC na may petsang Hulyo 22, pinasisiyasat nito sa Court of Appeals sina RTC Judges Rommel Baybay ng Makati City Branch 132; Ralph Lee, QC Branch 83; Marino Rubia, Biñan Branch 24 at Lyliha Aquino ng Manila Branch 24.

Ang apat ay posibleng makasuhan ng paglabag sa laws and rules in the conduct of the elections of officers sa ilalim ng Philippine Judges Association.

Lumilitaw sa ulat na inimpluwensyahan ni “Ma’am Arlene” ang October 2013 elections of the organization.

Ang resulta ng CA magistrates ay inaasahang lalabas sa loob ng 90 days matapos ang raffle date.

Si Lee at Aquino ay sinuspinde na ng Philippine Judges Association, na isang  maimpluwensiyang organisasyon sa judicial branch.
