Servando sa Tau Gamma: 'Wag na kayong manganak'

MANILA, Philippines — Inihalintulad ng ama ng hazing victim na si Cesar Servando ang Tau Gamma Phi fraternity sa "animal" matapos ang pagkamatay ng kanyang anak dahil sa hazing.

Nanawagan si Servando sa mga suspek na sumuko na upang mabigyan ng katarungan ang pagkamatay ng kanyang 18-anyos na anak na si Guillo Cesar nitong Sabado.

"I would like to appeal to the 11 members to have some conscience in your heart to understand what I am going through... if you could possibly have enough conscience in your heart to just surrender," pahayag ni Servando sa isang panayam sa telebisyon.

Hinikayat din ng nakatatandang Servando ang ilang nasa likod ng initiation rites na sumuko at isiwalat na ang kanilang nalalaman.

"Especially if you're one of the lesser evil, the people who were less involved, maybe you could still apply for state witness and absolve yourself."

Lumabas sa autopsy report ng St. Harold Funeral Parlor na namatay ang estudyante ng De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde dahil sa multiple injuries sa likod at hita dahil sa hazing.

"What kind of animal gave birth to you? Be careful, because if we don't achieve justice in this life, there is a God in this world who will exact justice on you," wika pa ng ama ng biktim.

"If it is possible, huwag na kayong manganak. Don't bear children because your children and your children's children will pay for what you did to my son. And God will see to that."

Kahapon ay sumuko sa Manila Police District ang isa sa mga suspek sa insidente.
