Rudy Andal - Pilipino Star Ngayon

“The President wanted a response… wanted a clear-cut policy on that and for that reason, the President formed a permanent committee to study the…To review each and every case and to come up with guidelines, clear guidelines on how our government should deal when it comes to each and every case dealing with blood money,” sabi ni Sec. Lacierda.

Ang permanent committee ay bubuuin ng Vice President, Executive Secretary, Justice Secretary, Foreign Affairs Secretary, Budget and Management Secretary, Health Secretary, Labor and Employment Secretary, at Social Welfare and Development Secretary.

“The President wanted very clear guidelines on that and not a response that is very situational. And so into that there are some concerns, there were some questions that the President wanted this permanent to study.
