Piston pumalag sa SEC registration

MANILA, Philippines - Hindi balakid ang kawalan ng rehistro ng Pinagka­isang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operators Nationwide (PISTON)  sa Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sa joint petition nito kasama sina Reps. Satur Ocampo, Teddy Casino, Joel Maglunsod at Liza Masa para pigilan ang implementasyon ng Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID).

Ayon kay Piston Secretary General Goerge San Mateo, isinasaayos na ang kanilang SEC registration kaya hindi ito magiging balakid sa kanilang petisyon at handa din nitong sagutin ang komento ng Department of Transportation and Communication at Land Transportation Office sa Korte Suprema.

Kinodena din ng Piston ang umano’y pagpapagamit ng DOTC-LTO at Stradcom kasabwat ang umano’y bayarang pakawala na si ACTO President Efren de Luna para batuhin sila sa teknikal na isyu ng expiration ng SEC registration nito kung saan nagpapatunay lang ito na desperado na ang nasabing mga ahensiya at kompanya na maantala ang kanilang “money-making” raket na RFID.
