GMA wala ng tiwala kay Puno?
MANILA, Philippines - Nagdududa si Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr. kung may tiwala pa ba si Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo kay DILG Secretary Ronaldo Puno matapos na italaga na officer-in-charge ng DILG si DPWH Sec. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr.
Ayon kay Sen. Pimentel, dapat ipaliwanag ng Malacañang sa publiko kung bakit kinakailangang italaga ni PGMA si Ebdane sa DILG habang dalawang linggong on leave si Sec. Puno gayung may mga undersecretaries naman ang DILG.
“This brings up the question of whether the President still trusts Sec. Puno. Why did the President disregard the basic rule that the most senior undersecretary should take over the supervision of the department when the secretary is on leave,” paliwanag pa ni Pimentel.
Aniya, ang inirekomenda ni Puno na pansamantalang mamamahala sa DILG ay si Usec. Marius Corpus subalit ang itinalaga ni Mrs. Arroyo ay si Ebdane ng DPWH.
