Ang UGBA ay binubuo ng ilang faction sa Guardians na kinabibilangan ng Diablo Squad Brotherhood Association, Inc.; Guardians Brotherhood, Inc.; Guardians Center Foundation, Inc.; Guardians Philippines, Inc. at Philippine Guardians Brotherhood.
