Simbako uy! Bitaw, kalma lang. Ayaw sa’g kataranta diha. Be prepared, pero ayaw’g panic. Kung medyo gatinapolan na ta sa health and safety protocols. It’s time to implement them more strictly. Mask-up, wash hands regularly , avoid being ‘handsy’ especially sa mga tao nga di kaayo mo familiar with. MPOX can spread through close person-to-person contact. So dili gyud ingon sama ka-sayon ang pagtakod as COVID. But still, it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
