I want to give value and consideration to those single parents sustaining the family without a stable job due to certain circumstances in their life.

1. Unsa Ka Importante Ang Social Media Karong Panahuna? 

Caira: Importante gyud ang social media karon and I think Social Media will always play a vital role in our society. It gives out both positive or negative outcome but so far, it’s the center of communication.

2. Kun Ikaw ang mamahimong bag-ong Miss Cebu, unsa ka klase nga matang nga Ms. CEBU? 

Caira: When you talk about the qualities of being Ms. Cebu, it is expected that she is a woman of grace, class, intelligence, humor and above all – passionate. Kung ako ang makoronahan isip bag-ong Miss Cebu, I’ll have this qualifications but at the same time, I will be the kind who would rather be seen as an ate and someone the people can approach at anytime. I will be the kind who will adjust. I want to be the kind that sets an example or better yet, an inspiration to the youth. I want to become influential enough to change their perspective in life for the good and for what’s best.

BNH: Nganong mao kini imong advocacy? 

Mau: I chose that advocacy because I really feel sorry for the less fortunate. I just feel that I have the responsibility to help them live better lives.

BNH (BH): Unsay greatest learning nimo sa kinabuhi?

Mau: Para nako, dili gyud sayon ang kinabuhi.  We experience problems, difficulties, and pain that we think are unbearable but at the end of the day, what matters most is how we deal with each of the experiences to move forward and become a better person.

BNH: Kun naa kay prayer for Cebu, unsa kini?

Mau: My one prayer for Cebu is for it to be fully ready for all the progress we are experiencing each year. May Cebu still retain its culture and its preservation of nature’s wonders so that we may be able to enjoy life fully.
