STC run with Venus kasado na
CEBU, Philippines - Andam na ang tanan alang sa Run with
Venus nga gipasiugdahan sa alumni sa St. Theresa’s College (STC)-High School Batch 1989 karong Domingo didto sa
The Terraces sa Ayala Center-Cebu.
Gibahin ang lumba ngadto sa upat ka kategoriya -- 21K half-marathon, 12K, 6K ug 3K fun run.
Gawas sa kompetisyon, ang batch '89 tinguha usab nga himuon nga usa ka fund-raising activity ang lumba
alang sa STC Alumni Association ug Bahay Kalinga, usa ka special education program sa mga kabus nga kabatan-onan.
"We know that local runners will support us in our activity and we are also encouraging our students to
participate because that money that we will get will go to our school’s project just like the special children that are our
beneficiaries," matud pa ni Cayenne Ong sa STC high school Batch 89.
Sa pagka karon, miabot na sa 800 runners ang nagpalista sa maong lumba, apan ang mga organizers masaligon
nga makuha nila ang target nga 1,500 participants atol sa lumba tungod kay ang ilang registration padayon pa hangtod sa
Domingo.
Mga ganting salapi ug medalya ang giandam alang sa top 10 finishers sa matag kategoriya, samtang ang tanang
finishers sa 21k class makadawat og Suarez arts finisher medal, finisher dri-fit shirt, towel ug freebies gikan sa sponsors.
Ang registration fee nagkantidad og P350 sa 3K ug 6K, P450 sa 12K ug P750 sa 21K. Mahimong
