Cebu City Council walay supak pagpatukod og sementeryo

CEBU, Philippines — Ang konseho sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo walay pagsupak sa pagpatukod og sementeryo apan kinahanglan nga ang maong proyekto motuman sa mga rekisitos lakip na sa mga lagda sa balaod.

Atol sa special session niadtong Biyernes giaprobahan sa konseho sa siyudad ang giduso nga resolusyon ni Zafra alang sa maong proyekto.

“This laudable measure is urgent, essential, and necessary in order to strongly prepare and strategically position the City of Cebu towards a holistic yet realistic approach to confront the covid-19 pandemic in all fronts”, matud ni Zafra.

Ang kagamhanan sa siyudad nagtinguha sa pagpatukod og sementeryo diha sa duha ka ektaryang luna nga nahimutang sa Sitio Patayng Yuta, Baksan, Barangay Sapangdaku.

The Cebu City Council, across party lines, concludes to urgently act on this measure while maintaining and preserving the individual member’s right and duty to highlight the city’s obligation to comply with all the laws, rules, and regulations in relation to or in connection with the establishment of a public cemetery”, dugang ni Zafra.

Samtang si Konsehal Dave Tumulak niduso kini og ordinansahon nga gitawag og “An Ordinance Establishing the Cebu City Memorial Garden for COVID-19 Victims, Setting Initial Guidelines for its Operation and Providing Funds Therefore” diin gipahikling una kini sa konseho.

Lakip sa maong ordinansahon ang paggama og Technical Working Group aron masiguro ang hingpit nga pagsunod sa siyudad sa mga rekisitos nga gikinahanglan sa pagpatukod  og sementeryo. /BDB (BANATNEWS)
